The aim of the Sub-Fund is to provide investors with long-term growth from an actively managed portfolio of listed equities selected from the universe of European micro- and small-cap companies and to outperform the composite benchmark index of 50% MSCI® Europe Microcap NR and 50% MSCI® Europe Microcap NR Ex UK (the “Index”). The Sub-Fund takes account of sustainability risks and ESG characteristics as part of its selection process. In this regard, the Sub-Fund promotes environmental or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the SFDR Regulation. It is subject to the disclosure requirements of Article 8. In this context, the attention of investors is drawn to the fact that the “do no material harm” principle applies only to investments underlying the Fund that meet the European Union criteria for environmentally sustainable economic activities.
