Il mercato dei fondi (open-end ed ETF) si arricchisce di 63 nuove strategie a febbraio. Secondo quanto rileva il team di analisi di FundsPeople, su dati Morningstar Direct, nel mese sono stati registrati alla vendita nel nostro Paese 42 fondi aperti e 21 ETF di società estere (ossia prodotti di società estere, non domiciliati nel nostro Paese di società che hanno firm Country esterna all’Italia). Per quanto riguarda le categorie, i fondi obbligazionari si portano in testa per numero di fondi con 32 strategie in cui la categoria Morningstar Fixed Income Miscellaneous la fa da patrone con 12 fondi (sette ETF e cinque fondi aperti). Seguono i fondi equity (23) con il primato, in questo caso, dei global equity large cap (tre ETF e 4 fondi aperti).
Fondi “giovani”
Nel dettaglio relativo alla “anzianità” del fondo, in 10 casi si tratta di prodotti la cui oldest share class di Morningstar (che individua “la share class del fondo con la storia più lunga”) risale a febbraio di quest’anno, per altri dieci l’indicazione è relativa a gennaio (quindi in 20 hanno la oldest share class nel 2025), per 23 prodotti risale al 2024, mentre nei restanti 18, la share class più antica è risale al 2003 e si tratta del fondo New Capital Tactical Opportunities Fund di EFG. Occorre specificare che due prodotti hanno indicata come oldest share class marzo 2025, in tal caso, specificano dal Team di analisi di FundsPeople, “sebbene si tratti di fondi in fase di costituzione, si tratta di prodotti in vendita in alcuni Paesi selezionati. Per questo motivo, sono stati registrati per la vendita a febbraio, nonostante la data di inizio ufficiale sia successiva”.
Le società più attive
Infine, per quanto riguarda le società che si sono mosse di più sul nostro mercato, si segnalano in particolare gli ETF provider con iShares (con sette ETF). In seconda posizione ancora quattro ETF di Goldman Sachs e quattro fondi aperti di Amundi. In terza posizione si colloca Axa IM con due fondi aperti e un ETF.
