The Sub-Fund “Echiquier Agenor SRI Mid Cap Europe Fund” is a dynamically managed Sub-Fund whose investment objective is long-term performance through exposure to European equity markets, investing in growth-style companies. This objective is associated with an extra-financial approach, integrating the consideration of ESG criteria, as decribed in Part A, Section 4 This extra-financial objective/approach of the Sub-Fund is to contribute to the progress of companies on ESG issues by engaging with them in regular dialogue and by sharing with them specific areas for improvement that are monitored over time.
