PIMCO GIS Diversified Income Duration Hedged Fund Institutional USD Accumulation

The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to maximise current yield, consistent with prudent investment management. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of variable and floating-rate Fixed Income Instruments, Fixed Income Instruments with a duration of less than or equal to one year, and fixed rate Fixed Income Instruments. The average portfolio duration of this Fund will be hedged based on the Investment Advisor’s forecast for interest rates and is expected to be between negative one year and positive one year. The Fund will achieve this hedging by entering into derivative transactions to effectively convert the fixed rate interest payments into floating-rate interest payments. Such derivatives may include interest rate swaps and interest rate futures.
